No that's a really fancy looking unoptimal style route I wanted him to have. The "Happy Chaos Special" can only occur when he's in his 2nd phase with full tension
It's always sort of funny to us how you talk about Nagoriyuki like "he's the worst and awful and cheap and I loathe him" and then BHC like he is the sweetest boy
tbf we don't actually mind BHC that much, he's pretty sick to see in action, the disparity amuses us is all

Considering I made Happy Chaos myself I take great pride in him. Although by this point I do agree his rampage should probably be stopped. The reason he is THIS strong is because of how cheap Boss Nago is. I didn't exactly account for the idea future official bosses would be significantly less ridiculous than him so, there's this massive power disparity now. Glad you enjoy watching him wreck stuff though cause I spent a good month and half scripting his AI to be monstrous

For every fight involving Chaos right now I have "Crawl" playing. It's the theme of the boss fights in arcade mode and since Chaos is currently the undefeated champion of these videos, I figure it's fitting he gets it for his fights.

Why did you bother making Happy Chaos more broken than other boss characters? Don't you care about balance among boss characters at all? Because I do.
It's less that and more that I scaled him to Boss Nago while making him. I couldn't exactly predict how much weaker everyone after him was going to end up. Though admittedly the frame 1 DEM is a total meme that I couldn't refrain from putting in
