I agree. I'm a Sharks' fan and was disappointed they totally demolished the Sharks in 09-10, but that was just one of the best teams ever iced. Can't really dislike this team (unless you're Vancouver, but no one cares about them.)
im a blues fan but the blackhawks have some badass guys on their team...seems like everyone on the blackhawks is cool as hell and they all care about eachother. that really makes a difference on the ice

dude , the reason why they sold only 60% of their seats was because bill wirtz was in charge... everyone hated him , and he did not televise the blackhawk games so no one was able to really enjoy the hawks. for that and another of other reasons until rocky wirtz came around and really supported the fans no one would go to the games because they were never really able to know the team until rocky and john mcdounough came around and televised everything
Chicago is a city with 3 million people, plus the suburbs with 11 million people. Not all of them are hawks fans but they have a pretty strong fan base for all of their sports. Even the cubs who haven't won anything in 105 years still sell 35,000 seats a game.
I'm not talking about other sports im talking about hockey, and before toews and kane they were selling 60% of their seats if you want a real fan base go to Minnesota no matter how bad the wild are they still have solid attendance
