    - i also wanted to ask about a back injury of mine, i fell on my lower back 6 months ago, and the pain ended up going away after an hour or so, so i didn't get checked. A few months later the pain came back briefly then went away again, now i have been experiencing the same pain except its lasting quite a long time, im doing back relief excercises which are helping alot, I've tried your big 3 excercises but sadly didnt help much.
some extra details: my lower back cracks after sitting for roughly 30 min, and when i lay on my bed with my legs still on the floor my back tends to hurt (probably because of it straightening)
    - what can i do? And whats the cause of this pain?
Thank you for reading this. I would appreciate if people like this comment so that it can be the top for the channel to see it.

I did sandbag (30kg when I can deadlift 90kg for 3 reps) offset shoulder carry single set as finisher everyday. Now my back is busted doctor diagnosed spasm in erector spinae. My mobility is severely limited and it caused injury in my Achilles tendon too because bending knee and getting knee over toe is impossible for me right now. 😔 Working out at home is unsafe if you try new stuff it seems no matter how much material you look up in the internet. I know it's my mistake to overdo. But I never thought that small volume would be too much and it would show such long term damage and pain. 😢
