looks nice and all....but my god...another yuppie development with no character and full of chain stores. how many Park Places are needed?
Looks no different that power and light, town center, prairie village or anything else. I wonder why we are building more class A office space when we have existing ones that can be rehabbed.

You do understand that most of the metro is for poor people right? Just go to Missouri. High income, quality people need their own place too. You want the whole world?
This is practically in Corporate Woods…more or less. Anyway, I don’t live that far from this overpriced um…”community”. For apartments and condos, there are far better (and cheaper) options nearby.
