after 13 weeks double marker is test is done -- it says positive for trisomy 21 1:143
after 14 weeks NT scan was done and it shows normal
after 14 weeks did NIPT test -- it says low risk
now doctor says cant say anything about the baby because double marker is positive and NIPT is low risk.
can we rely on NIPT or should we go for amnesitis

When iam 32 , pregnant while confirming pregnancy only i have fever, after 3 months i have fever, in nt scan , nt value 3.1 doctor told to do double marker test, i went to another doctor opinion, they told to do nipt, in it low risk but it is 99% accurate,iam so much fear in 4 month i confirmed thyroid, anomaly is normal, without doctor advice only i went to scanning monthly with somay of douts , in 6th month onwards i have suger at barder level, baby wieght is more than notmal i have full of tension in total pregnancy .

At my time of pregnency Nt scan lo nasal bone not seen and double marker lo kuda high risk ani vachindhi then i got tensed, doctor adviced me to take Nipt test as double marker is not accurate. Thankfully Nipt lo low risk vachindhi but doubt petaru doctor adhi only 99percent ani still there is 1 percent risk ani then i went for amniosyntesis hopefully it came completely fine 100percent. Finally from this had known that these tests completely made my pregnency stressful and wasted losts of money nealry 70k. Finally nenu chepedhi enti ante feel free dont get stressed and panic like me, whatever happens will happen. The outcome we all want was a healthy baby.
