The 3rd edition of the European Hotel Awards, organized by the magazine References Hoteliers Restaurateurs International and Jérome Chapman, with partner Champagne Collet, in Barcelona on Saturday February 1, 2020 within the W Barcelona hotel, Marriott group, highlighted the restaurant Enoteca Pinchiorri, in awarding it as « Restaurant of the Year » during European Hotel Award 2020 Ceremony. The restaurant of Annie Féolde and Giorgio Pinchiorri, located in Florence, Italy, offers a wonderful italian gastronomy, appreciated by gourmets from all over the world. Interview of Riccardo Monco.
