I keep getting invited to Jehovah Witness meetings, in fact, they are having a huge gathering from all over at the Amalie Arena in Tampa Florida...I'm praying God does something significant there that will end the blindness to this cult! Pray God will open the still blind eye's at this huge event this weekend!

IS JESUS GOD? Let Jesus answer and speak for himself.
Jesus told his followers that those who worship him instead of worshiping his Father, are, his, enemies. MATTHEW 7:21-23
Before Jesus was executed he pleaded with God with tears and outcries to save him from death. Jehovah did save Jesus from death by resurrecting him back to life,
due to his "obedience" to God. HEBREWS 5:7-9
Jesus is obedient to God. JOHN 17:4, MATTHEW 26:39. JOHN 12:29
Jesus said: ".........BECAUSE JUST AS THE FATHER TAUGHT ME , I SPEAK THESE THINGS." JOHN 8:28
Jesus said : "........BECAUSE I ALWAYS DO THE THINGS PLEASING TO HIM." JOHN 8:29
Jesus said : "....WHAT I TEACH IS NOT MINE, BUT BELONGS TO HIM THAT SENT ME..." JOHN 7:16
Jesus said: "FOR I HAVE NOT SPOKEN OUT OF MY OWN INITIATIVE, BUT THE FATHER WHO SENT ME HAS HIMSELF GIVEN ME A COMMANDMENT ABOUT WHAT TO SAY AND WHAT TO SPEAK." JOHN 12:49
    SO WHO IS JESUS?
1 TIMOTHY 2:5 "FOR THERE IS ONE GOD, AND ONE MEDIATOR BETWEEN GOD AND MEN, A MAN, CHRIST JESUS.'"
GALATIANS 3:20. ""NOW, THERE IS NO MEDIATOR WHEN JUST ONE PERSON IS INVOLVED, BUT GOD IS ONLY ONE."
    SO, JEHOVAH IS GOD.
JESUS IS THE MEDIATOR BETWEEN GOD AND MAN.

NOPE.....If Jesus is God then why did he say "I am going back to MY GOD and MY FATHER ? So WHO is the God of Jesus, and what is his name, when you find the answer to that question then you will see the TRUTH behind WHO God is !
Jesus backed up that belief when in prayer to his heavenly father said,...”"This is eternal life, that they should know you, the only true God, and him whom you sent, Jesus Christ. John 17: 3. Notice how he calls his father the ONLY TRUE GOD!
The first century Christians taught the same when they preached for example 1 Cor 15: 24-28 where we see in Vs 24 that Jesus has a GOD AND FATHER and that in Vs 28 he SUBJECTS himself to his God & Father!
SOME do say however, that Jesus does address God as his God and his father because he was A MAN however one of the clearest scripture which shows that Jesus is NOT God is Rev 3:12 where we see Jesus as NOT a man but back in heaven:
"The one who is victorious I will make a pillar in the temple of my God. Never again will they leave it. I will write on them the name of my God and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem, which is coming down out of heaven from my God; and I will also write on them my new name. New International Version
So, please read Rev 1:1 which says: "a revelation from Jesus which GOD GAVE HIM"
So WHO is the God Of Jesus, and what is his name ?

      _"Jesus is NOT God"_
By your word, "God", are you referring to the Father? Yes or No?
If you're referring to the Father, then all you are saying when you say _"Jesus is NOT God"_ is that _"Jesus is NOT [the Father]"._ In other words, all you're doing is affirming an essential tenet of Trinitarianism: viz., that the Son is not the Father--you're merely preaching to the Trinitarian choir.
If you're not referring to the Father by you're word, "God", then to whom or what (if anyone or anything) are you referring by it?

Thanks for commenting. Your John 17:3 observation is indeed the heart of the issue. Any other "god" would then be a false god. I am assuming from this and your previous comments that you are a JW (if I am incorrect, please forgive the assumption and let me know). The issue to reconcile is how can John 1:1 and John 17:3 both be true? Here is the rub:
      1) There is only one true God (John 17:3). By definition any other god is a false god.
      2) If the NWT translation of John 1:1 is correct and the Word was "a god" there is now more than one God. The Father is one God, Jesus a different God.
      3) If there is only one TRUE God and Jesus is another god, then Jesus is a false God and John 1:1 cannot be true.
      4) If Jesus is a TRUE God, then John 17:3 cannot be correct because there is now more than one true God.
HOWEVER, if the NWT is incorrect in its translation, and every other English translation is correct ("the Word was God') then Jesus is God, and in fact the one true God. There can be no other explanation without negating either John 1:1 or 17:3. A trinitarian understanding of God is the only way both of those verse can be true at once.
      1) There is only ONE TRUE God (John 17:3)
      2) Jesus is God (John 1:1)
      3) Both the Father and the Son (and the Holy Spirit, but that's a topic for another time) are the one true God. The Father and the Son are clearly distinct from each other "and the Word was with God".
      4) Therefore, God's fundamental essence is quite different from the unipersonal human existence. Just because we don't exist as God does, doesn't mean God can't exist as the Bible reveals Him.

You assume there can be no derivative gods produced by the only true (genuine) God which exist in the form of God but who would not be ontologically identical to the “one true God.” However, Jesus clearly contradicts such an unscriptural position at John 10:34, 35 when he clearly refers to other beings (angels or men) as “gods” subsequently admitting that this does not break the scriptures. In other words, admitting others are “gods” does NOT nullify anything it says about the existence of the one true God. Even Paul says, not only are there those “called gods” but that there “are many gods” but for Christians there’s only “one God, the Father.” So why are you going beyond what’s written and perverting words like “Father” and “Son”. We all know what those words mean. We all understand one existed before the other and that the two persons are not identical beings. They may share the same nature but they don’t have the same mind, age, will, experience, body, etc. Because you are perpetuating a 4th/5th century heresy you are cursed to try and define a concept that is not only antithetical to the human experience but also to the Bible. You can do better.

God the Father is unknown to us "and he doesn't have a name like "Jehovah".
God the Son, Jesus Christ, was the God of the Old Testament. 1 Cor 10:1-4 confirms that fact.
Otherwise, why would Jesus say, "No one has ever seen God except the Son"?. John 1:18, "NIV" and John 5:37."NIV" Moses did see God, only it wasn't God the Father". Moses also wanted to know God's name, but God never gave Moses a name, but a Title."IAM WHO IAM" Ex3:14. "NIV"... Not, "I can become whatever choose to become, "NWT" Moses asked God for a name", not what can he become"...

God the Father always spoke through his Son.
The only Scripture in the whole Bible where God the Father spoke is Gen 1:26...In Gen 1:26 the words "US" and "our" are in the plural sense.
"Let us make man in our image, after our own likeness"...Who was God the Father talking with? It's very obvious, to his Son, and that was just before Adam and Eve were created". That is the only scripture where God the Father is recorded speaking to someone. This again compliments what Jesus said in John 1:18 and John 5:37. "That no one has ever seen God".
Gen 1:26 also reveals that the creation was conducted by God the Father and his Son together.
And the spirit of God {not God the Spirit} was hovering over the surface of the waters. Gen 1:2.

Jesus said. "I and the Father are one"... John 10:30. Isn't a Trinity supposed to be 3, not 2. Jesus said they are only 2 not 3.
Pagan fool. You are contradicting yourself. 1 John 2:23. Is saying what Jesus said in John 10:30... That the Father and Son are not a Trinity' What 1 John 2:23 is saying is this. "Whoever denieth the son, the same denieth the Father: He that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also"... What happened to God the Holy Ghost?! he's gone missing"...Why does Jesus keep forgetting about god the Holy Ghost, I wonder?
Besides, there are no Holy Ghosts mentioned in the Holy Bible, The Bible only mentions the Spirit of God in the Old Testament, and the Holy Spirit in the New Testament". The Spirit of God and the Holy Spirit are the same.
Both in the Old Testament and in the New Testament. The Spirit of God and the Holy Spirit are described as the divine power of God, not a third person.
The Trinity, is confusion", just like Catholicism".. "God is not the author of Confusion".1 Cor 14:33.
So, let's say the Holy Spirit was a person". If that was the case, then the Holy Spirit would have to be the Father of Jesus, and not God as Jesus claimed! Since Mary's conception happened by the power of God's Holy Spirit. Luke 1:35.
Another thing: If God was a Trinity, then Mary's conception was conducted not just by the Holy Spirit, but by the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit all at once, in fact, if God was a Trinity, then Mary's conception was conducted by Jesus himself. That makes Jesus the Father of himself...If God was a Trinity.
Can you show me where the Bible mentions the Holy Gohst? Not the Holy Spirit", the Holy Ghost"...Because words have meanings, the Holy Spirit is the divine power of God, and a Ghost is a demon.
