my parents used to sell bah kut the back in the late 80s to late 90s. they called it quits when they reached their late 50s. it's a back-breaking job as there needs to be lots of preparation e.g. cleaning the intestines, washing the stomach, remove the hairs from the trotters, etc. my mom even had to undergo neck & shoulder surgery due to chopping the meat. salute this elderly uncle who's still selling it though it may be in small quantity

I can see the owner of shop sold bak kut teh just for his own regular customer. He doesnt cook dish much because living at suburban areas.local people know him very famous but how about if other shop sell same dish and long hour run a business..he will be lost and bankrupt..no customer no money come in..he need to expand a businees hour if need more money in .
