I 100% believe that she thinks that this family sized platter that she is showing us is a “healthy meal” for a diabetic. She thinks it’s a serving of rice and the amount of food that she should be eating, and if pressed she will even say that she “used to eat more for a meal”, as though only eating a 2500 calorie “meal” is an accomplishment.
