Remember Me! | Max - Romanian Army's Hero Dog

Tribute to Max - The Romanian Army's Hero dog who served his country in Afghanistan. Max died on 9 September 2015, aged 6 and was buried with military honours. Unfortunately, Max had a cardiac malformation which eventually caused a fatal liver congestion. Rest in Peace, Max!

+Paula Wallenius Unfortunately, Max had a cardiac malformation which eventually caused a fatal liver congestion. In addition, the dog was infected with the heartworm larvae. Heartworm or also called dog heartworm (Dirofilaria immitis) is a parasitic roundworm that is spread from host to host through the bites of mosquitoes.
