Sir on 4th problem general idea is t starts from 0 if we plot u(t) we start from 0 to infinite and u took Tau what we call that which goes for the plot of u(t+2) i think in my opinion if we redraw plot fot u(t+2) by taking t+2 as X so New range will be from anything below X
