These 81s are still hanging on
And I was told by ‪@CSX8817_Produtions‬ that certain 81s sound like a banshee & have a bit of a turbo sound
Could be signs of the buses really falling apart
However once the BAE'S arrive at Comly
The last of the 81s will definitely retire

One of my favorites to drive at comly … still a good bus it’s just showing its age

I rode it on the 58 on the same day I rode with you Monday it's good bus just that it has turbo sounds like banshee when it takes off and smokes too but it's days are catching up

@ absolutely there days are numbered but for those buses being 16 years old they work better than some of the new equipment we have… hopefully I get to drive a few before they are all gone
