If you'd only save the private key, you're still good because you can generate the public key if you have the private key. If you don't create a private key, you can't do anything anyway, so it is a non-issue as well.

when I tried to generate the key with 4096 bit it takes long time that I stopped. so my question is, is the key generating bit and my device ability depend on each other?

The key generation algorithm is non-trivial, and how fast it runs indeed depends on your hardware. However, did you move the mouse in the appropriate area? The application uses the mouse position as a source of "randomness", and will wait until it has sufficient random values to generate your key pair.
