But one of my subscriber commented that he just changed the password of konami if and his problem got solved.
For u i say..... plz try using some different browser.
Or delete cookie data from the browser and then try login.
And for once without opening the game just search konami login on any browser and try logging in. If ur getting logged in that means there is a issue in game data transfer.
And if still it is not working for time being just try to do data transfer with google play method.
And wait for few days i have started again to work on this problem to get its solution.

See konami deleted users account when they pushed efootball 24 update and who were not logged into for 6month before the update.
So u exactly check whether it was 6 month before efootball 24 u didn't opened the game if yes your game may have lost

Bruhh u have to first of all activate 2 step verification.
Secondly before doing data transfer try just go on google and type konami login and try login with your konami id if ut is working fine then do data transfer.
Try using some different browser.
See if your gmail account have storage it is not full
