Suggestion lang 🙂 siguro better na walk-in pantry yung helpers' quarters, then kahit separate bungalow (kung kasya pa sa property) for them, still with the bunk beds but with TV, aircon, and t&b. May intercom nlng para madali sila tawagin. Coz at the end of the day, they also need a comfortable space to sleep in so they can do their jobs well after a well-rested night. Lalo na paggising mo, yung work mo nasa labas lang ng door, so you want to "come home" to your own space after a hard day's work. Or just a bigger room. Just my two cents. 🙂

Noticed nya yan pero knowing Vice, pero dahil sa comment ko baka magresponse Lola Vice natin.
For those who noticed how small the maids' room and drivers' quarters, I think they don' t need large space for the bed room since hindi naman doon iikot ang buong araw nila. Sa laki ng bahay, parang kahit saang sulok ka ng bahay tumambay o magpahinga ayos lang as long as tapos na yung trabaho mo. Additionally, if you watched Vice's Paayuda vlog, you can see that he has really good relationship with his kasambahays. Vice jokingly said na hindi niya mautusan nang ayos kasi puro social media nga daw and nagtawanan lang sila. And one of his kasambahay's son is living in his house since then at siya din ang nagpapa-aral sa magandang school😊😊😊 And we need to stop comparing Vice to Team Kramer by just focusing on the size of their maids' and drivers' quarters. Hindi naman doon siguro nasusukat ang pagiging isang mabuting employer😊Just to think na yung ibang tao na hindi niya kilala ay natutulungan niya, what more pa kaya sa mga mga taong pinaglilingkuran siya nang maayos😊

Its so big! Eventually tatamarin siya to go from one part to the other. I think VG will find it too lonely one day and miss living the simple way he did earlier. He would probably have one part made like a large studio type condo where he can see, cook, eat and bond with chosen housemates easily. Parang yun ang nature nya.

I believe that the people who are helping us on our daily household chores and needs deserves a comfortable cradle to rest after a very tiring work. Their jobs are to make sure we are living comfortably on a daily basis. And at least, they get to have a bigger and wider place to move around in a 1,300 sq.m lot. Di yung “ang sikip na, ang liit pa”. Wouldn’t it be nice if they reduce the dirty kitchen and make way not just for a maid’s quarter but rather a maid’s lounge.

Yung dirty kitchen pang five star na hotel, yung maid's room pang boarding house lang sa university belt.
I really like the exterior, it’s modern. But there’s something about the interior design that is off putting. I think it’s too much use of dark tones that make the whole theme of the house too serious and too industrial. Just my opinion, I think it looks more like a modern hotel. Also, despite the presence of big windows, natural light does not get in too much and I think it’s because of the darker tones of the house inside and out. Overall, it’s a good modern design, but yet it gives me and empty feel despite of the house having a big space.
That's probably what Vice really wanted to achieve. As he said in the vlog, he wants a very industrial design.
Besides, he owns several properties. This could just his property when he stays for work in Metro Manila.
Different house in his hometown, different vacation properties, etc., each could have different theme.
The house is still as bare as it could be.
We only see the fixtures and no furniture, movable lights, and others are installed.
It's too early to judge the whole of the house.
Besides, it is most likely 80-90% complete.

Ang ganda ng house. 😍Sobrang love ko. I like the aesthetic. But, just like the reaction ni Vice, nalakihan din ako sa dirty kitchen vs the clean kitchen. Tapos ang liit ng mga maid's/driver's/ guard's quarters. I'm sure na mapaayos pa ni Meme Vice yan, considering na marami pala silang maids. 😊 And gusto ko rin un idea nya na balak nya pa pagandahin ang grotto. 😊

Ang liit nung maids quarters grabe naman and sobrang directly connected sa kitchen parang di okay mainit ang maamoy. Sana niliitan ng onti yung kitchen para naman more room for the helpers and comfy sila.

PH_GAMER Yuri Kung pwede lang nga dahil hindi ko papatulugin ang helper ko sa ganong kaliit at uncomfortable na lugar. Hindi kami mayaman at wala pa sa 1/3 ng bahay ni vice ang bahay namin pero mas malaki ng at least 2x ang kwarto ng helper namin at isa lang siya.

The house is beautiful but I think Vice have to consider the size of the maid's quarters. Mukha syang pang bedspacer lang. Kung may chance pa na mapa renovate to make it look more livable and decent.

Hindi pa ba livable yun, panu kung 20 lahat ng kasambahay nila. Kaya ganun lang parang dorm. Way better compared sa iba. Baka nga airconditioned pa nga yun eh.
Maid's quarter makes them feel they are working and alert for 24/7. That's the right spaces required for them. You don't need to provide comfort space just like the guest room and they are working and not to provide leisure for them.

Compared to the rest of the house that maid's quarter is too small. Not enough space for them to move. Sana gawan ni Vice ng paraan... Meanwhile, I like the industrial theme of the house. It's rustic and at the same time modern.

Hindi sya small dahil ang purpose moon ay tulugan hindi air bnb. Malaki na yan compared mo sa mga condo sa Hongkong. Yung mga staff nandyan sila para mag trabaho hindi mag relax. Same as pag nag trabaho ka sa office hindi mo naman pwede sabihin ang liit ng desk ko bakit wala ako sariling cubicle bakit hindi MAC ang computer ko. Baka hindi ka pa nakakakita ng dorm style na kwarto . Manood ka sa presello.

For me, ang ganda talaga nung house. Tho 2 things lng.
1. Color pallete. Too dark. Pero if yun ang peg for the house, industrial/masculine design, so be it 😊
2. Space. I think may mga space na, could've been use for smthng else instead. Like example, ung dirty kitchen. Idunno, maybe it's just me 😅✌🏻

Over all ang ganda ng house, sobrang kakaiba. Pero Meme, sana mapaayos mo po yung Maid's quarter and Driver and security quarter hanggat di pa po kayo nakakalipat, para po maging mas komportable sila. You may consider the layout of the helper's quarter in Team Kramer's house.

The house is so big and grand but the room for maids, drivers and securities are too small. Very small. hopefully vice can read the comments regarding this. Other spaces in the house are big enough to fit another small house in that area but the quarters for the workers ay tinipid.

I like the pool area & the kitchen!!! But just like with Derek’s house this is too dark for me.. This is good for a short time of stay luxurious and classy but for a long time? It will make you really really sad its not cozy. It matches her style! This house is like a party house & not a family style.

I agree. Super laki ng mga spaces then anliit ng maid's quarter. If nasa loob na lahat sila siksikan na. Parang barracks ng factory worker or construction laborer sa liit. So far, yung maid's quarter pa lang ng kramer's ang nagustuhan ko. Since kasambahay ay parang family na din.

To all the people saying the maids' quarter is small. Yes it is. I feel like they deserve a well spaced room, with their own little spaces, nothing fancy but bunk beds?! Like it looks more like a barrack's room.

Hindi naman ata si vice kasi totally ang nagdecide sa lahat lalo na sa sukat ng mga rooms. Based sa reactions nya, na kahit sya mismo, di nya alam ano ung mga ibang rooms and sa dirty kitchen. Cannot blame her kung maliit ung maids and driver's quarters. Baka pinaubaya nya sa mga tauhan nya ung ibang details. Opinyon ko lng.

based naman din sa ibang videos nya, she's very generous sa mga maids nya i dont think feeling literal na maid talaga sila :) but I hope she makes it a bit more comfortable for them like may space to relax and pantry and tv ganon. Hindi pa naman tapos baka may other plans pa after renovation.
The maids room is too small and kitchen space is a waste. She even mentioned that they don't cook too much and everyday grab food. Vice was shocked how big the kitchen area. So guys it's not her fault about the maids room. She may know the plan for her house but she may not know how big it will turns out. It will be her decision if she will revise the maid and kitchen area.
