I didn't make it to 2nd round just bcz of 4 marks difference...but even that wasnt enough to get me ..nift Mumbai...I am thinking to take a drop ...and join brds ...is it worth taking a drop ...I really want nift I can't think of anything else...also my drawing isn't that good ..so I feel coaching can help me ...plz I need some guidance ...I want to do fashion communication ...should I join brds ?? ..I just can't go to pearl...or IIAD ...and I feel I have a lot of interest in fashion ...and nift offers ...fashion courses ..but I didn't ..find any college ...in India..that offers such fashion courses ..help me please ...am kinda nervous ..for a drop ..but I want nift Mumbai ..-Arushi

Hello didi. I wanted to ask you some questions
1)Is Preparing for B.Des or B.F.Tech different?
2) I want to study for B.Des so what should I follow? And where is the coaching center in Kolkata? I live near kolkata so.
3) Is there any college available for B.Design in Kolkata?
1> yep, B.des and B.F.tech are different. You need PCM in 12th standard for B.F.tech, questions are based on PCM. In case of B.des you need to draw a lot, study current affairs and gk, Matric Level mathematics and English.
3> coaching centres are near Maidan Metro station, near St. Xaviers college.
3> NIFT provides B.des, there are other private colleges as well. But first ask yourself what do you want to learn ie. Fashion designer, graphic, Animation, Product design etc.

But last year exam happened on 21 January and results on 23 march.....

@@rashmijaiswal4962 are where did you get your CMR ? The situation test aren't over yet. Tere kobhi Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kolkata aur agar lucky hui toh Mumbai/newdelhi milsakta hai based on Category Rank.
