As much as I love this song, I also hate it. I recently just broke up with my girlfriend and hearing this would make me remember all of the memories I had with her. Now that I’m actually listening to the lyrics the more I realize how accurate they are to our relationship. It doesn’t really help that the relationship was abusive (not physically, mentally) and the fact that we used to listen to this together all the time. Ok here i will explain what i understood
First, he’s in the payphone
Then he remembers the time where he was still working in the bank with his other workmates and then the bank is being robbed
Next, he grabs the gun from one of the struggling robber’s ass
Then, other robber shoots something explosive, the adam escapes with his girl
They go out the front door, making the police chase them bc they thought they were some members of the robbers and they think that Adam is taking his girl as hostage cuz he’s armed with the stolen handgun
Next he sees Wiz Kalifa’s car and leaves the girl to protect her and he hijacks the car and made the police chase him
There he goes to the country, more police and more helicopters, he swerves and makes the cops crash and explode on each other
Wiz starts rapping
Police cars flying
Adam escapes
Wiz sees his car being shit
Adam leaves the car just in time before the car explodes

Adam stops singing bc the payphone ran out of coins to complete the song
