I lost my mom 8 months ago to the covid. she was a single mother and she raised me and my brother alone. my mom was the happiest person i've ever met, she was the life of the party. it was quite a loss for everyone who loved her, and she was loved by a lot of people. now it's just me, my little brother and my grandma. and I stll miss her every day. 3 years since I lost my mother. I remember when Justin came to South Africa, I was only a teenager and the concert was on Mother's Day. His concerts get packed so from the early morning she drove me to the concert only to fetch me in the am the next morning. She sacrificed so much for me to be happy. She picked me up early from school when I was 14 to buy Justin's 'Believe' Album, lying to the teachers that I was sick, just so they don't get sold out! I was the "youngblood" that Justin talks about in this song. I had no idea I'd be in this situation. I never got to tell her how much I love and appreciate all that she did for me. Momma, I love you so much and I'm so sorry, you deserved better.

The coincidence was that the place that was going to happen his concert, was the same place me and my mother had our last memories together at Rio carnival, it was really emocional to come back there and enjoy a beautiful show.
