Good job on the clutch rebuild. Mine caught fire last year literally pulled into the yard and she was a flaming! Cheers 🍻Ryan and hammer out those big round beauties. I like em big n round 😉🤣🤣
I like it when Lawrence has something to say. Reminds me of my dad, gruff old fella, but I think he just a big ol teddy bear! Now, I not trying to be an armchair mechanic, just a thought. Can you cut a piece of pipe in half and stuff it in there and tack it? Just a thought.
@@straightpipeacres6365 Where you put your keys and clamp on. On my 568, I had to cut a pipe in half and tack it to the shaft. On drive for pickup for me. Your setup is fine, just wondering about that clamp.
Yeah I think that hub plate is pretty well fvcked... that's probly why she's eating the clutch disk. She works a little loose and wobbles a bit and that eats the splines right off the plate. Gonna cost you some cheddar but you'd be WAY better off replacing that SOB ASAP rather than eating more parts and having to replace it anyways. The new bushing should help keep things rolling true BUT I doubt the bushing will hold up for long. Good luck with her! OL J R :)
I just bought an old Hesston 5400 round baler. The owner said that it's been sitting in the same spot for over 15yrs. It's going to need some new parts. Could you please post where you purchased your parts. Thanks.
Could you slide that driven shaft over a little so you wouldn't have to have them keys on the back side of that clutch gear? Or is there no room to move the sprocket and bearing? You are better off with them 60H chain . Nice fix buddy hopefully she'll hold together for the rest of the season!!🤷🏼♂️🙏😂👍
@@shaneholst6940 shaft position is probably set by how deep it goes into the bushing... probably bottoms out against the other shaft. So really no place to go with her... OL J R :)
Glad to see you are getting it done . Always good to have a spare bailer when the other one breaks down. Always enjoy your videos.
Shitcha
Got the same type of baler, haven't got into the clutch yet so i appreciate the lesson
A nice trick dad taught us is wright on the baler door how many links each chain is, hope it helps
I got the combines in my phone il have to add the balers
Great video. Looks like a lot of work to replace the clutches. But it's better than paying to have it done. Good luck with the bailing. Be safe.
Thanks bud

There's a lot of chains on one of those balers. Nice work .
Good interesting video on repairing the baler clutch Ryan 👍 hope it all goes well for you 💪💪
Thanks
Great video Ryan
Thanks
Yeah you need the Tanya Harding.
Hahahah
It is nice to have a backup baler, even if it is slower going. Those stop clutches can be a pain in the pink eye.
Doc
Hahah thats right
Minty clutch job👍👍👍
Thanks
Piss on the clutch! Weld it solid!
Can't get it straight enough. I did that 2 years ago and it broke the chain, bearing and blew the seal out of the gear box
Good evening Big Shoot!👌
How are ya now

I get most of my parts from Nick Service at Emerald Park Sk. And another good place is Agriterra in Weyburn Sk.
Attaboy git-r-done 🍻🍻🍻💪💪👌👌🤠👍👍
👌🍻🍻🍻
Can you make a video or point me in the right direction as to where I can find a video on how to replace the belts on the 565a. Thanks
Pull out the lacings and pull out one belt at a time and put em back in 1 at a time and you can't screw it up
Hey Ryan, quit yer dadblame yawning!! You're making me sleepy! It's 10:00PM here in North Carolina. Trying to watch your vidjya!

No I can't because the gear has to line up with the steel plate and it only comes over that far. Just need about another 500 bales and we are laughing
