Normally at medium and long range you want to tap (which is shooting one bullet) but at closer distances you can spray (hold down shoot) and burst (shoot a couple bullets at a time) I recommend watching a video on UA-cam to learn

Make sure whenever u teleport ur clone is going to face the opposite direction just in case the enemies shoot it, u dont want ur clone to be ur enemy, what i do is i like to play off of my clone's contact, if enemies shoot it make sure u follow up with a flash then teleport (enemies have to dodge clone and then wont expect a flash after they turn their faces back) theres many ways but yeah
