Never washed it. Terrible pan restoration

Hi, everybody. I've never restored such a terrible thing. It just looks disgusting. I live in a rented apartment. I always use my own dishes. And then I found this disgusting frying pan in the top drawer of the kitchen. And immediately decided to restore it. I was wondering if I could do it or not. Yes, you restored cast iron, it'll be usable. This pan here had a destroyed Teflon coating, it'll never be usable again.

you're wrong. The Teflon coating is not destroyed. Watch carefully
