I find Replica to be so hit and miss for me. I like a couple of them, but have only been compelled to purchase one of them. I hope this hits stores near me soon so I can smell it in person! Thanks for the review!
I think you are the only person I’ve watched that likes this. I had written this off but I will go give it a sniff now.
I got the travel spray and I really like it. It smells very similar to Rosie Jane's Dulce, except with a touch more buttery-ness. The hinoki wood in Dulce kinda gives it a very slight root beer undertone that Afternoon Delight doesn't have because sandalwood is a creamier smelling wood note.
Also, I expect the vanilla in it to get sweeter and deeper once it sits for a while. I plan to buy the full size during Sephora's Fall VIB sale, so that I can pair it with my Coffee Break.

I don’t own any fragrances by this brand none of them seem to wow me to purchase. Your review does have me interested because I love gourmand fragrances. I love when I can still get whiffs of a fragrance the next morning. With these prices I should be able to smell it the next day. Appreciate your honesty on all your reviews
This fragrance was such a let down🥴🥴🥴 I got the travel spray and at $40 after tax….im considering returning it 🤣 I much prefer house of Sillage Hufflepuff or Kayali Vanilla 28 for my go to vanilla scents. This new afternoon delight is so basic and brought nothing new or special. It’s also practically a skin scent, sits very close. With all that said, there’s absolutely a market for it🤷🏻♂️ it’s so split on likes/dislikes.

I haven't smelled Hufflepuff, but Vanilla 28 is much more floral whereas Afternoon Delight is much more lactonic. So I can see why you don't like it if Vanilla 28 is more your vibe. I only use my 28 to layer on top of more unisex fragrances as I don't think it does enough for me alone.
I do agree that it's not unique to the market though, since it's super similar to Rosie Jane's Dulce but with a touch more of a lactonic undertone.

@@bklynbutters13 I don’t get any floral notes when I wear vanilla 28. It gives a warm brown sugary vanilla scent on my skin. I love pairing it with vanilla candy rock sugar. Scent is so subjective, I love when people share their experiences with it. I forgot to add, Hufflepuff is AMAZING and the DUA dupe (Puffletuft) is extremely spot on. Highly recommended if you love sweet gourmand scents.
Wow $40 for travel size🫤. I don’t own any fragrance by this brand none of them really wow me to purchase any. This one does have me interested because I do love gourmand fragrances. I may wait until Dua recreate it because I’m sure they’re in the lab putting something together now lol

Hey Beautiful ❤ do you think this would be a good layering fragrance if so what would be your picks?
I do think this would nice for layering but remember I layer everything🤣 the first layering combo I thought was to wear this with B&BW Christmas Cookies.
I thought the fragrances from the House of Maison Magiella were eau de toilettes...? With that in mind, I thought they advertise as scents of experiences in different places 🤔
They do and are 🥰
This one wasn’t for me. That cookie note made it too gourmand
