Cci 41s are harder then normal CCI small rifle primers. They are made for guns with floating firing pins because you know maybe the cam pin in that AR bolt won't stop the firing pin....
@@PopsQuest Dear mother of God, we are getting ripped off. Lack of competition in the EU by custom gunsmiths, and regional dealers rising prices because all other arms dealers are forced through them.
You did a video about a year ago with the Bul and how you modified it with optics and gas pedal. I can’t find it in my history or anywhere. Can you direct me to it?
@@PopsQuest Target Sports is the only place I know that will ship to Massachusetts . I bought 250 rounds of Blazer brass last night . $ 99 with tax and free shipping .
Man, I haven't shot in the weeks with the home remodel. Can't wait til this weekend. Frank says an open gun is easier to shoot that our carry optics cuz of the guns. Is that correct?
@@PopsQuest Well I run a 19 pound spring and No problems so far shooting all sorts of rifle primers. In the past I ran a 17 and ran into a lot of problems just something to think about if you really need to run those harder primers . keep up the content I love it man !!!
Hey brother I would love see you shoot open again, I have the CCI 41 (.556 small rifle) and doesn’t work on pistols but it works super well on my PCC… Stay safe brother…
Dude, it would be awesome if you shot open for a while. The small pistol magnums will 100% run same as the SRP’s. And FRI, same as those No.41’s you tried, the BR-4’s will also NOT WORK. They are too hard.
Rob try a heavier mainspring. A 19 or 21. The trigger will heavy up just a bit but it buys you some reliability with the harder primers.
I will try that for sure, David Lyell got this thing running great, the sear spring was really off from the factory.
Glad you're coming to open, looking good brother.
Primers and ammo... glad I stocked up!
I gotta get a timer.
Is it because of a light hammer spring that gives you the light strikes?
Race gun first world problems LOL

What's the price of the Bullesteros in the US? In Europe they are starting to run to 8250 to 9300$ (at current exchange rate)
When I got this one it was 4200.00 US

Every few months I get the bug to get an open gun, I need to just do it haha
That would be fun to watch!! If you ever want to blast the Bul let me know!

Not sure what video you are referring to but you should be able to go to my channel and on the video tab search "Bul"
I have been buying 9mm at Target Sports for under $20 a box . Twice the price of what it used to be , but still better than my local gun stores .
Glad you can order online and get good prices!

Good info 👍 thanks for sharing Brother 👊
May be your main spring is too weak...what lbs main spring in the gun?
Those mil primers are super hard
Yep, gonna try them through the AK-v
@@PopsQuest They should run well with your 9mm AR's too
If they don't just send them to me... I will make sure they are disposed of properly! LOL
Cheers to the beers👍🍻

In some ways just but the weight of it can make transitions harder
I wonder what pound mainsprings springs in that gun just curious
That I'm not sure of

Hi! Popquest. Do you have any open gun for sale? Thanks
No, sold them all. Bul may be taking orders again soon not sure when
@@PopsQuest ok! Let me know. Thanks again👍👍
Nice to see you let the BUL out into the sunlight again!
They are the best primers available right now...
Would some CCI 500 do you any good?
Got plenty, just trying to use up some odd stuff in the "off" sesson

Good to know my friend, thanks. I make ammo for my PCC also so I will try that!
Try a heavier hammer spring.
Good Ol Race gun

It’s the simple things…
First world problems for sure....
@@PopsQuest first world problems are still problems! 😂
I like the simplicity of CO. I want an open gun but I can’t talk myself into the problems.
I enjoy watching you shoot whatever but the open gun just hit different when your trying to just burn down a stage
I just burnt 4K of those exact primers in PCC. So that settles it, you should shoot pcc!!!
I'm glad they worked for you, and yes they will go into rifle rounds for sure
That load looks super flat
It's running at about 185 Power factor LOL
Sell me da Bull
You get the horns
You’re getting too thin
