I saw your videos, your video quality is good but not properly SEO. Your SEO score is very poor. That's why your channel is not growing organically. Total 4330+ subscribers and a Total of 361 Uploaded videos of your channel. According to your channel, I noticed that your channel videos are not viewed and subscribed. You need to optimize your channel and do video SEO to reach your target audience.
Otherwise, if you upload videos to your channel throughout the year, none of your videos will get viral views. Here are the issues I found: Title, description, video tags, channel tags, and video SEO are not performed on your videos. This is why your UA-cam channel is not growing. It is possible that if you fully customize your channel, the video will go viral.

Thank you for the comment, it depends on what sort of video I upload, if it is something more for kids it gets more views and if it is me just driving a scenario or a video on the garden railway it won’t get as many views as it only appeals to certain people
