Try looking over your shoulder and jumping sideways onto your hands like a sideways backhand spring, then gradually jump more over your head throwing your feet further over your head. If your comfortable you can try a backhandspring. And if you get there go to a hill and do backhand springs jumping higher each time. Then try tucking just for a split second so you can still put your hands on the ground. Then just practice. Hope You Get It!
