IKR... I am almost in tears.. no fuck that.. I am.. as this is exactly how I feel both in word and atmosphere... me summed up to nothing but a name... but loving that I am not alone.
That´s indeed what I thought, when I saw 10 thumbs down - it´s like to give a thumb down to Mozart, o.k., one can dislike Mozart, but can anyone not appreciate what he created?

You're trying to make funeral doom metal, which was never widely popular, on the same level as Mozart who made classical music, which was widely popular back then. Not that it should even matter if people, who do have their own choice if they want to dislike something, give any videos by this band a thumbs down or not. Later on, you also state that people can actually dislike Mozart as long as they can at least appreciate the music he made... which, again, was the popular music of his time.
That aside, I know people that don't like any extreme or alt genres, and I know people that don't like classical music. Even if they appreciate anything from either of those genres they don't even like to begin with.

Maybe it means the truth wasnt there to be not told and left ignored... perhaps?
It means the truth did not get concealed, it didn't fade away but remained. The truth might be interpreted as the love of someone even after death. So the truth never dies. It's undeniable.

i really love this band. But honest opinion: i don't like these brutal vocals. they remind me more of grindcore pig squeals than doom growls. Damn i feel shity for making this comparison, but damn it twice because i think it true. And don't misread me, i am saying it in good heart.
You don't seem to like death and funeral doom then, e.g. Saturnus or Shape of Despair? Because that's where you get this kind of vocals all the time. I usually don't like clean vocals that much but Cloud's songs with their alternating clean and harsh vocals are simply amazing.
No, no that's not the case. I really enjoy these genres. I just found the vocals of this one less deep and "cloudy". To you they sound the same as the doliu ones? Doliu is one of my favorite albums, perfect in every sense. In this one, i like the melodies, i like the instrumentation, i like the cleans etc. I just find the harsh vocals lacking, to my experience.
Alrighty. The vocals on this song remind me of Doom:VS and Saturnus which I both adore. I also don't see or rather hear how the vocals of Mihu are not deep :D They're just more direct to me. The vocals on Doliu sound "farther away", it's hard to describe.
I guess it's just personal preference then :-)
I think i can understand what you mean by "further away", so i suppose you can get how i "feel" about the vocals and how i would like them. But of course preference is preference and also who are we to dictate how such magnificent artists will express themselves in their works. Doom:Vs and Saturnus are all time favorites, indeed. Cheers!
