Glad to see you back mate, your friend seemed like an incredible woman and touched alot of people with her happiness, I've also lost my mom my dad and nearly lost my brother last year he was in intensive care last year at the Q E hospital in Birmingham . I've had to have counselling over it. Just glad to see you doing the vids again mate look after yourself.

Watched how much Army has changed since cold War. Incredible. I suffer as you have at the hands of the black dog. Comfort feeding helps short term but hits us long term. Look at high dose omega 3 and diverse probiotics with prebiotic diet cut down gluten and meat...it will help maintain your fitness as well as your gut nerve brain health and outlook. One of the 2474s I still miss it. Thank you for reminding me of all of those cold muddy hill climbs tabs etc... Loved it. Sorry for your loss. Always more hills to climb. Hope it helps.

It sure been a long road recovery found out cancer is back 9 half months hair is almost gone i took several falls sept til now broken my back and both my hips i been in and out of the hospital since we last talk being in a wheelchair rest of my life in a few days i be having surgerys cancer spread fast already too late thanku for your prayers and for the love and support u gave to me thanku for every thing your true fan kristal ann from regina Saskatchewan Allan is my husband and tommy is our son growing up fast turn 17 Christmas day i am kristalann from regina Saskatchewan were family of three were truly blessed this year amen
