Hey I'm not OP but just flew my drone out there yesterday so thought I could give some insight. No rules against flying drones on the island, no one had an issue with it. There were two other drones flying out there as well. As for license, Canada wide rules still apply, so no flying close to people and you'll need to register your drone online if it weighs above 250g. so you might wanna read up on that if it applies to you.

I'm going to court due to a video I did using my drone there. If this was not authorized, I strongly recommend that you remove this from UA-cam. I will have to pay 500 CAD. No kidding.

Not right now, you need an advanced drone pilot certificate, and you require to get permission from the national park.
