this is why i couldnt stand people doubting him, he is a young guy who is already showing so much promise. he does what needs to be done to improve and has a great mentality about the situation he's in. He's only 20 and is already playing at this level as a 2nd rounder
it's fair to be skeptical of anyone drafted after 20th or so - the hit rate is very low. His number alone (37?) should alert folks to be temper their expectations. He was still a great pick at 37 - can't teach his length and quickness. super high energy both in and out of games (he's gonna put in the work). And he seems like a bright/chill guy, meaning he'll listen and understand the feedback from coaches and trainers and apply it. Some players think they figured it all out by middle school (and some of them are right, but most aren't).
love your videos, honestly, the multiple views of each play is awesome. Your analysis really makes sense and we get to follow along and really see all the little details of the plays when you loop them. big props
as a rook last year he showed he could dribble, pass, guard and shoot. Plus all the physical tools. The mental game is all that's been missing and he can be a good pro.
Hell, yeah. What do you think about JD? I think he’s super interesting. If you can. Knock down threes and play athletic defense like he’s gotten a few crazy blocks. He looks bigger also. That foul was unfortunate though.
His resurgence in preseason is what I think holding back the C's to sign Walker IV. Imagine Walsh still looked raw, Lonnie would've dominate the 3rd stringers.

Youngest out of his draft class.

I actually think JD improved as well. Still some ball security and turnover problems but the jumper fell way more. Like JD overall tho
The celtics are so deep nba and maine

7:22 that was w/ the left too.
What about the last play of the game , love to here what you thought of it.
Thought it was a good play/drive. Thought there was contact but tough to call that at the end. More importantly just something Walsh can learn from
@@niknba I like the fact that he is excelling within the framework of the C's game plan and not trying to go solo. I have high expectations for him.
