No, Liv was not forced to spike the drink. Gabby didn't put the vial of ketamine in Liv's hand and tip it in for her - Liv did it by choice. They both should have gotten community service. But tbh idk if Liv got prison or not she's such a pain in the ass imo
The Lawyer representing Liv reminded me of The Lawyer who represented Billy Hayes in Midnight Express. Well meaning, talks the talk but doesn't walk the walk. Also when you get a "Last Minute Lawyer" and they don't have time to analyze the Case and disaster strikes. Remember when "Ralph" killed himself in The Cells in And Justice For All because Arthur Kirkland his Main Lawyer wasn't there to help. His Friend Jay ended up with a Nervous Breakdown and took him to the Hospital.
