thank you so much!! as a single mom I unexpectedly lost my home it is just me and my four-year-old son and we got stuck in a motel room for 2 weeks until our new home is finished for us too move in. all we have is a microwave in this ruin a mini fridge so this helps so much. fast food is unhealthy and too pricey so it's something that I try and keep me and my little one away from . This is a great help Definitely if our new place doesn't have a stove it all make due till I find a stove to buy. I am a full-time mom also I am a full-time college student and I work at the college. I don't care about what other people have to say this video takes a load off of me right now thank you!!!!!!

I know it's been a while since you posted this, but I thought I'd bring you this comment to let you know you're helping. For overweight people that want to get better, a great way to make it more appealing is by using what they are familiar with to introduce healthy choices, a.k.a. what you are doing I this video. I am overweight so this comes from personal experience. Just to give you another reason why you are doing great things sir! Thank u!

This video series is saving my life! Im a student in the Netherlands and my kitchen only features a microwave and a camping electric hop. Im always very limited to try recipes here, but it's awesome to know there are creative ways of making a healthy meal even in those circumstances! Everyone whines about the food quality here, so you either have to cook or order food (very expensive) and since most of us are too busy studying there is very little time to cook. Your channel, mister, is the light in the end of the tunnel of this bleak student life! o/

The only concern that I have with microwave cooking is that raw meat wouldn't be cooked thoroughly, which is always what I've been told. These recipes look amazing, I am going to try them all. I'm really fascinated with the idea of cooking burgers in the microwave. Thanks for another awesome video.

Awesome sauce, Kev! These are great ideas for those out there that either can't cook or don't have the time. Even better for folks who are looking for an easier place to start on their healthy eating journey. Also, good choice using Kroger for the groceries. For those who don't know, Kroger goes be different names across the country. For example, in my home state of California, they go by Ralph's in SoCal and Safeway in the northern area. Glad to see when I moved the to the DFW I still had my fav spot to shop! Thanks Kev :)!

As active duty military, I can attest to the microwave being the only thing we have access to in order to cook our food. Most military barracks don't allow personnel to have any other type of cooking devices. Thank you for this video, trying to eat healthy without breaking bank and eating out all the time is a real struggle. This was extremely helpful and expanded my horizons as far as microwave meals go.

Love this video! I can't wait to try all of these. I work in a grocery store and only get a 30 minute meal break. We don't have a refrigerator in our breakroom and can't store our packed lunches in any of our coolers so this will be perfect for fresh "fast" food that tastes good! I'm trying to avoid drive thru salads, grocery deli food, and processed microwave foods as they're full of unhealthy crapola. Thank you fit thinking outside the box and proving that easy food doesn't have to unhealthy food!💪🍜❤

No problem! Even though I have easy access to fresh ingredients, I can't always come up with new ideas to use in microwave cooking and I don't have access to a lot of kitchen appliances like I do at home. Like meal prepping, I have to put in a little more thought in to how I'll cook something at work. The effort you put in to this video helped make it a little easier!

Thank you for this video. Being active duty this definitely is helpful. I do have 1 concern....I'm in the Navy and when we're out to sea we don't have storage for perishable items. if we don't like what we're served we rely on nonparishable item so that's mostly Ramen noodles. What would you recommend that would be better for us?

Don't forget Assisted Living residents! I have some food allergies that the ALF kitchen doesn't always accommodate, so I sometimes cook up an allergen-free meal in my apartment, where I only have a microwave. So I really appreciate these tips and recipes - Thanks!
