I agree. It would make it incredibly risky for Paladins to play High Priest Thekal if they didn't have a means to heal themselves on the same turn. Piercing minions could also act as deterrants for Thekal. You won't play Thekal with a Piercing minion in play, just like you don't play C'thun if your opponent has a Grim Patron out.

A few things together might help with armor: Piercing keyword, a minion or 2 that can apply it to spells and/or hero powers, and add spells that specifically reduce armor like Sunder Armor, Faerie Fire, or Expose Armor (for Warrior, Druid, and Rogue respectively) for example. Those class specific ones would be different than just dealing damage because they could hit the armor specifically and maybe also deal some damage directly to HP

I found a good LC pattern for you. It’s not as bursty in armor, but if you get through it, it’s more than the 1300 normal. LC, FGG, Eliese, Bees, Bark, Scales, Spellstone on Eliese, Repeat Eliese on. LC never dies if you do it, and it only relies on Animations.

so its fun when you first hear it but if piercing minions are really good they break the game and make warrior, druid and current control pally almost unplayable which is something you never want to do. the flip side is if they are bad you had no reason to risk it and you have some bad cards. thats the thing people dont understand about it.
Piercing damage exists, it's called Mecha'thun. I think he was created solely to counter fatigue warrior, since Doctor Boom was released in the same set.
wouldnt the best way to do it be: Bark skin -> Scales -> Bees -> Elise and repeat that on and on? (Do that after having already played one bees and Gloop of course) this would make it easier because you dont really have to think and can just slam the cards out, so you're much faster...
I'd love to see how it goes against a shudderwock otk, I'm 100% sure that shud wouldn't be able to get him but anyway just wanna see how much damages it could deal
shudderwock otk can counter this deck if the other guy pulls off a shudderwock with loatheb, grumble, and doppleganster and thereby playing the shudderwock each turn preventing Dane from being able to cast any spells and therefore not being able to gain any armor
This is why I play at least two combo disruptive cards in every deck I play in wild. I want nothin more than to smash Druid decks like this into the dirt
Maybe armor shouldn't apply to fatigue? I mean, flavor-wise, fatigue is your hero wearing out from a long fight, how does armor stop that? Also, armor shouldn't apply to life tap, while we're at it, but life tap does at least say it deals 2 damage to you and not "you lose 2 life," so mechanically, armor would have to apply, but flavor-wise it shouldn't. Anyway, just a thought.
