PK, If you are in the mood some time, could you do a video or chat dealing with generation wealth transfer and how it will affect the property market over the next 10-20 years
PK, i am new into property market i am planning to save a money for property next year. Do you recommend units or house? And i am planning to look at regional rather than city because i cant able to afford there. Do you recommend any regional place in queensland.
@@binayathapa4046 houses not unit - I’ve done multiple videos on this. Yea there are lots of regional areas under $400k and $500k worthy of investment right now
Hi PK, I've enjoyed your videos, and they've certainly made me a more aware investor. I like the subtle & empathetic way you promote your course & property investment education in general. Perhaps one day I'll part with my money for your course. I am also glad you have stopped using those shock & awe facial expressions at the start of your videos as it doesn't suit an educated, data driven professional such as yourself.
Property investors are not idiots. Yes Research and time required to buy property. Buy Property good locations, Near good schools, college, easy access transpotation...... Current buyer Market is if really want to make good money........ (Melbourne Suburbs Thomastown, bundoora, reservoir, greensborough around this area this good for capital gain and rent return point of view.....I have properties many place build town house and sold... Now time for Melbourne bought property in reservior next year 4 townhouse project......Melbourne is Cheaper than rest of Australia....
@@kanwalsingh9358 I disagree with most of what you have just commented, however counter-intuitive it may seem. But have done videos with data to prove things like proximity to schools, transport doesn’t result in superior capital growth. I’m not here to argue, but the suburbs you’ve mentioned, also stating Melbourne is the cheapest in Australia.. all are not true according to data
@ Please Research more…. I bought Adelaide Grange Road and Holden Hill Splits in townhouse and each sold… Good Price…. Capital growth counts many things….
@ so you r advising people buy property Bunbury WA, Darwin, Tasmania brush your mind…. First can you explain as well problem they will face in this area….. Looks like you need property learning class
@ don’t get emotional because you are getting right challenged. Is English your second language, it’s hard to understand. We aren’t buying there currently. Have in the past and prices all doubled or tripled. Not Darwin. Where/ how are you drawing your conclusions?

Mate, thanks for your positive comments. Don't shoot PK marketing vids with proven concept. Feedback not warranted & not grounded in reality
@abdulAzad-cu7mr I didn't mean to offend or troll. I am merely offering an opinion as one of his viewers.
