Hi friends, follow along today to watch me make the easiest slow cooker granola basic recipe with very little effort! Kind of almost a "walk-away" method of making it! Let me know in the comments what you put in your granola so I can have some fun new ideas! Thanks for watching and God Bless!
Christine's Routines
Yield: 64 oz (Plus)
5 C oats (I use rolled oats) (not quick oats)
1 C sliced almonds
3/4 C dried cranberries
3/4 C dried coconut
3/4 C pepitas
1/2 C dried blueberries
2/3 C maple syrup
1/3 C coconut oil
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 salt
Combine all ingredients in your slow cooker and stir until well combined. Turn on high for 1.5 hours uncovered, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low, uncovered for 2 hours, until crispy and dry. Spread the granola out on parchment/wax paper lined baking sheets to cool completely.
Store in an airtight container, vacuum-sealed bag, dry can or freeze.

I'll bet those are great! Cheers on a Sunday!
Great Christmas gift 👍👍🇺🇲
Thanks for the recipe and steps. I'm going to make this, this weekend. I love knowing exactly what goes into my food and this will be great compared to store bought.
Hi there, yay! Glad to help! It really is so easy! Let me know how it turns out! Make sure and let it dry good before putting it away! (My daughter didn’t let it dry overnight and it chunked up on her) Thank you for taking the time out of your day to watch and comment on my video! Blessings! ☺️
So happy to learn about this technique. Thank you! Can I substitute apple sauce for coconut oil for an oil free version?
Hi Caroline, hmmm not sure? Maybe honey added to coat the oats? Let me know how you make out! I’d love to hear all about it! Blessings! 💕☺️
Love It!! ❤ Thank You Christine
😘😘😘😘
I made it and forgot to let it dry like that. Still tasted great! Thanks!!!
