Jhalana Leopard Reserve in Jaipur is absolutely wonderful destination, however Leopard Capital and Kingdom of India is Jawai Hills National Park at Pali District in Rajasthan State. Jawai Hills is also home to Black Sloth Bear Sanctuary. Documented in National Geographic and Discovery Channels as well.
Wow. Amazing you got to see that leopard. Must have been a powerful experience? Amazing work those guys are doing and was such a well put together vlog. Very professional and informative. Some of the scenary looked so amazing and to think such majestic creatures and humans can live side by side is incredible. Really appreciate all the time and hard work you are clearly putting into these vlogs. Hope India is treating you well! Thanks Ráchelle and great weekend to everyone 👍🏾🙏🏾🙂
It was so awesome! And also it was at the end of the ride through Jhalana so wasn’t expecting it anymore! Really awesome! Been awesome learning about what kind of conservation is being done here and documenting it! Really awesome! Thanks again for the kind words and have a lovely weekend Vik 😊🍃
India and Indians would definitely love to welcome wonderful person like Ráchelle who is not only so much knowledgeable traveler but also Environmental Conversationist, raising awareness about Heritages, Flora and Fauna in her vlogs, which is very rare I found in foreign you tuber who visit our Country. Currently a French Bike Rider in the name of Pierre (Ride with Frenchy-You Tube Channel), exploring amazing lesser popular destinations across India, which very few foreigners have travelled so far. His Subscribers are increasing everyday.
You're fairly close to a whole bunch of wildlife sanctuaries, sariska and ranthambore are a couple of hours away. From ranthambore you could hop across to kuno where cheetahs from your part of the world are being relocated. A few hours from there would be shivpuri , then a few hours to panna and then 4 hrs to kanha. They're all fairly magnificent forested areas and most are tiger reserves as well.
Ahh thank you! So nice to share these stories I am passionate about and see other people enjoy them! 😊 and yes yes yes seeing the leopard was such a lovely bonus to the day! 🐆

Thank you for mentioning tigers. I think they are overlooked or forgotten because there are so few left. Would it benefit the reserve to have a goat, pig breeding farm and let a certain amount free in the reserve from time to time to keep the cats fed?
Not sure I mentioned tigers here. And I would not agree with the breeding farms. I think the issue is more displacement due to infringement on natural areas.
