It could be heat rash. Check all the bedding. You shouldn't have your fire in the same place as your baby. The smoke could affect you both.
I see you are using Sudocreme. This is very good here in the UK. Its a good cream to use. Well done

It’s possible the baby is allergic to the baby wash liquid. I would not put the baby in bath water that has boiling water. When the baby has heat rash that severe, she would benefit from a more tepid bath. Would cool her down and not irritate her skin. You could give her a bath once per day and relax her in a basin of water later in the day to cool down.

Also, when the baby is nursing his whole body should be facing and “touching” your body. His mouth should be open very wide. If not, he’s not getting enough milk and it’s pinching your nipple. (That hurts)

Nunca gostei dessas luvas nas mãos da minha filha. Ela só usou no hospital quando ela nasceu. Sempre mantive as unhas bem cortadinhas. Creio q deve ta quente nas costas dela por isso fica com essas bolinhas. Coloque lençóis mais leves no calor. . Tire luvas e sapatinhos q esteja muito quente. Deixe p usar quando tiver muito frio e permaneça usando o mosquiteiro. Vc é uma ótima mãe e ta dando seu melhor. Ser mãe solo sem rede de apoio e lutar pela vida não é pra qualquer uma. Parabéns. Jesus abençoe vcs.

I agree. Not only should you continue to bathe the baby daily, the blankets, sleeping mat and the mosquito netting should be laundered daily along with any other cloth items that are used for the baby. You should also maintain a daily routine of hygiene along with washing your clothing daily. It wouldn’t hurt to cool the baby down with a second bath daily.
By the way, your baby is beautiful. I’m guessing it is a girl as there is a lot of pink clothing. She is so peaceful.

Like ur wash towel U washed ur baby w/ where did U buy it - it cost U a lot - & - why cover ur baby w/ heavy blanket & no socks - ur baby has all of that cause it is so hot - why don’t U cover ur self when doing the garden or cooking - see if U don’t end up the same way - covered ur baby from head 2 toe even w/ the heavier blanket it’s below zero - snowing right - is that the reason U don’t clean ur breath before U feed ur baby - U r doing hard work outside & all ur body ‘s wet ..
