    Hello,
    I would like to inquire if it is possible to install the WLED application directly on the WT32-SC01 Plus ESP32 display development board, allowing me to control the LEDs using the built-in display rather than relying on a mobile phone.
    Thank you.

    • @ThatProject
      @ThatProject  Місяць тому +1

      There are 6 GPIO ports on the back of this device. You can use these to control the WLED, and you can create an application that can run on ESP32 using a Graphics Library such as LVGL to control the color.

    How did you upload the code there? I bought this screen, also adapter for debug, than used PlatformIO with demo sketch.. even observed serial messages from this board, compiled without errors. But when press Upload, following error occurs "Error: esp_usb_jtag: could not find or open device! ** OpenOCD init failed **"... Questions: 1) Which software to use for normal downloading there? 2) Is there any software which can provide graphical interface (like Squareline) and upload function at the same time? Thx

    • @ThatProject
      @ThatProject  9 місяців тому

      If you have a debug adapter, there is no problem flashing the program to the device.
      There is no special software for downloading. I think you can use Arduino IDE /PlatformIO/ESP-IDF without any problems. If OpenOCD continues to be a problem, reinstalling this part may be an option. github.com/espressif/openocd-esp32/releases
      Unfortunately, there is no upload functionality from Squareline Studio. You must export it as code and then include it in your project.

    Excelente, la nueva placa tiene una mejora sustancial en velocidad, el siguiente salto tiene que ser un nuevo chip ESP32 que tenga mas velocidad y menor consumo, para lograr mejor fluidez en la interface grafica y menor gasto energetico.
