No the bus service to Leh from Srinagar and Manali are closed in winters

@sbunnyspnr846 Manali one likely starts in later part of May. Srinagar one probably starts earlier (not sure exactly when)

Snowfall happens in Dec also in Leh but very hard to say when will it happen this time so hope for the best 👍

Which to see snow fall but wish to go on royal Enfield which monts are good brother?
Hard to predict about snowfall, one can get snowfall at higher altitudes of Ladakh even in summers but for the trip on Royal Enfield, if you wish you can go in winters via flight and hire a bike in Ladakh or else the best time is 2nd half of May or Early June when all roads are fully open & one can see lots of snow enroute and on mountain peaks as well.
Where can we get snow fall in last week of september?
Only if you are lucky in Sep, you can get it at high passes (usually 4000 m+) or some places at even higher altitude than this.

Can we visit Nubra and pangong?
Yes you can though stay options would be limited. You can also do a day trip especially for Pangong from Leh.

@@mrdeceiver Yes, the only thing is that incase there is snowfall in those days then Khardungla & Changla will close for a day or two so keep some buffer days

Can we travel from Srinagar to ladakh in November by road ??
Would depend upon the snow condition on Zojila Pass I.e. if it remains open in Novemeber. However usually it closes in November.

Depends upon the snow condition on the pass. Though the pass is mostly open for cars but for bike it would completely depend upon the conditions. You can confirm with your hotel or agent before making this plan.
Are these 3 roads specially Zanskar road open in start of April? Would you suggest to take tht route in April?
Usually Srinagar Leh Highway does open up by mid April and Leh Manali Highway & Zanskar Road by mid May but incase snow cover is less it may happen earlier also though probability is low.
Are motorcycle allowed during this time if we have to cross Khardungla Or changla pass?
Yes you can take them unless there has been immediate snowfall over these passes.

Most places within Ladakh are accessible except maybe some places in Zanskar. Though incase there is decent snowfall then roads may close for a day or two. Also most places to stay are closed outside of Leh and even within Leh 90% places to stay are closed.

Yes, both are opened but stay options are very limited, 1-2 in Tangste. So you can make a day trip from Leh to Pangong via Changla. Nubra also would have 1-2 stay options.

Is it safe to go there during December end?
Safety is not an issue. Most roads within Ladakh connecting its various regions remain open unless there is snowfall in which case it may take a couple of days for them to open again. Its just that staying options are very limited so make bookings before & it will be extremely cold, so do prepare for that as well. The sceneries would be superb though.

Ya sure.. most internal routes are open unless there is snowfall in which case they will open it again in a day or two but places of stay would be limited.

On bike it will depend upon the snow conditions and if you are permitted. For Car/taxi unless there is snowfall, these passes are kept open most of the times
