Scott Looking to Expand His Cutlery Collection

Scott is known to be quite the cook, but he's lacking a true chef's knife, which would go a long way next time he makes himself a nice steak.
Now, he's on a quest for not only a chef's knife, but possibly a custom handmade blade.

I didn’t see it but a guy that had a huge sign collection we picked up on a work trip apparently has the world’s largest knife collection.
