Jose Antonio Fernandez, Chairman and CEO of FEMSA, the largest beverage company in Latin America, discusses how his approach to leadership has evolved over the years. FEMSA, a $12 billion revenue company, brews global beer brands such as Dos Equis and Tecate, controls the second largest Coca-Cola bottler in the world, and operates more than 6,500 convenience stores across Mexico. Fernández has been CEO of FEMSA since 1995.
