Ajza:
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) sliced 3 medium
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Dried Italian herbs 1 tsp
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Water 1 Cup
-Stock cube 1
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Beef qeema (Mince) hand chopped lean 300g
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Dried Italian herbs 1 tsp
-Water ½ Cup or as required
-Tomato paste 2 tbs
-Fresh basil leaves chopped handful
-Elbow pasta 250g boiled with salt
-Olper’s Mozzarella cheese grated 50g
-Olper’s Cheddar cheese grated 50g
-Olper’s Mozzarella cheese grated 80g
-Fresh basil leaves chopped
Directions:
-Saucepan mein cooking oil aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Tamatar,pink salt,dried Italian herb,paprika powder aur kali mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur darmiyani ancch per 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Pani aur stock cube dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur ache tarhan blend ker ka side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil,lehsan aur pyaz dal ker translucent ho janay tak sauté ker lein.
-Beef qeema dal dein aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Paprika powder,pink salt,kali mirch crushed aur dried Italian herbs dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Tomato paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Fresh basil leaves dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Boiled pasta,tayyar tomato sauce,mozzarella cheese aur cheddar cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Mozzarella cheese & fresh basil leaves dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per cheese melt ho Janay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes) & serve karein!
