Fans gotta cherish Manny, we’ll never see the likes of him again. He provided fans w/ legendary fights and him getting robbed endeared him even more w/ fans and adds to his epic tale. From dirt poor sleeping on carboard floors, malnourished to the ONLY 8X champ in 8 divisions. He gives a lot of his purse winnings to charities and local community.

Thurman took the mouthpiece and with the same hand blocked pacs punch also how he broke his thumb pac used a Filipino martial arts technique were he blocked thurmans punch with the boney part of his elbow designed to hurt the opponents fist so he will throw less powerful punches. I tell you pac is the Bruce Lee of boxing. He will be extremely hard work for Spence and Crawford. Pac is more smarter makes him more dangerous.win or loss opponents come out with a broken something, memory loss or worse retirement!!!

Taking the mouthpiece out is illegal. It constitutes a timeout and a point should have been taken against Thurman.
Joe Cortez says it is illegal to delay the fight. Most boxers spit out the mouthpiece to the floor and delay the fight, hence the point deduction. Keith held on to the mouthpiece so he could breathe and run away to gather himself before putting the mouthpiece back on. No delay of time, no penalty. The risk is that if the other fighter punches you with the mouthpiece on your hand, that will be counted as a perfectly legal punch. However - Manny isn't the type of fighter who would do that. Even against the insanely dirty fighter Agapito Sanchez, Manny didn't throw a single foul punch.
@@leadlefthandI just don't listen to people. Referees don't go to classes on rules. The unified rules of boxing (Item 6) states that the mouthpiece must be worn or the fight can't even start. The removal meant stopping the fight. There is nothing more purposeful than actually taking it out.
6. All professional boxers are required to wear a mouthpiece during competition. The round cannot begin without the mouthpiece. If the mouthpiece is dislodged during competition, the referee will call time and have the mouthpiece replaced at the first opportune moment, without interfering with the immediate action. Points may be deducted if the referee feels the mouthpiece was purposefully removed.
At 5:15 they said Thurman “handled his loss with grace and with class”....😂 OF COURSE! he got whupped and humbled after saying he was going to “retire Pacquiao” and was going to “crucify him like Jesus”! 😆

Nah compubox was alright. Thurman landed around 10 more shots overall. But since boxing is scored round by round previous punches in previous rounds don't influence the following rounds.
@@kursor52 it's a person hitting button for the punches they see . If they're too fast to be seen , how can they be counted . I have to have it on super slow motion to see some of them . But , I guess if you post your punch count video I can do a comparison

Me too. I saw what he did. All those trash talk is just selling the fight. But after the fight i saw a will trained will mannered keith and thats why i became a fan of thurman. He is Humble. He was just miscalculated on manny skills. I salute to Kieth after all facing manny like a Champ. He truely is a warrior. He can accept a defeat.

pacquiao didnt show all his wares in this fight, but u have seen how his defense was. his 2 hands protect his face well. if thurman fight again w manny then its the end of his carrer. manny is exposing only 20-30% of his technique on how to dismantle thurman. it gives more lessons to realize after all. i only give thurman 2 pts on that fight.
