Josh, I am blow away, on all aspects of your video! The quality is impeccable! I have a cast iron skillet that I have never used before, because I did not know how to use it properly. Now I do, thanks to you! Your choice of wine, Josh is my favorite wine as well! I hope to see more videos from you! Love always, Match!
Ha ha, I agree, who wouldn't feel a bit hungry after seeing one of these! Even though Omaha Steaks doesn't ship to Sweden, this method will work for any top sirloin steak you could find locally.
Thanks, Steven! This is a fairly thick cut, yes. I did enjoy them, these are some of the softest steaks around (hope I get some more for Christmas again, ha ha). I appreciate your like and comment even though this wasn't music related.
Thanks, Todd! I'd definitely recommend them. Compared to other similar cuts from the store, these cook perfectly every time with the method I showed. Thanks for the compliment on the "new" look, but this was actually filmed back in March when I was in Maine and I just hadn't found the motivation to edit it yet (LOL).
Thanks, Gary! Glad to see you checked it out even though it wasn't music, but it seems a lot of my followers like food content too, so maybe I'll do some more like this over the summer.
Thanks, Daniel! I appreciate the support of both! My next video is going to be music related, but I may do some more cooking in the future, as this video was more popular than I expected.
Thanks, Juan! It tasted delicious too, ha ha. Omaha Steaks doesn't ship outside the US, but if you're ever in the states it's worth trying out. I'd be interested if you did a cooking video on jamón ibérico, which is banned in the US (LOL).
Thanks, Stefan! I had some peas, carrots and mashed potatoes with this. Really any vegetable would go well with this cut of steak. I find the wine paring is more important, that as long as you have a deep, rich red wine, everything else will compliment it.
Bon appetite 👌🏻 Nicely filmed with great quality sound 👍🏻
Thanks, Mette! As a connoisseur of fine food yourself, I appreciate it!

That looked delicious 😍😋
Thanks, Florentin! It tasted delicious too 😎

Thanks, Match! You'll get good use out of your cast iron skillet, it can be a real joy. I appreciate the support!
Yummy, yummy! Looks delicious! Loved watching your video! Cheers, Elly 5:47
Thanks, Ellie! I agree! Glad to see you back and thanks for the full watch.
I had lunch a couple of hours ago but I'm already hungry! 😋

The Josh wine was an amusing touch. Never had top sirloin -- looks really thick, almost square shape. (Hope you enjoyed them, I should add!)

@@Josh.Vanjani well food is second only to music!

I would love to join you for dinner. You look like an Excellent chief!
Thanks, David! If you're in the DC area sometime, we'll get together and have this. Hope some day I can make it out to LA too.
I don’t eat meat, but I found the video informative. Nice presentation.
Thanks, Justin! If you ever decide to "cheat" next time you're down here I'll be happy to cook one of these up for you (ha ha). Appreciate the view!
Nice looking steaks Josh and wine! Really enjoyable watch and great upload from you 👏🇨🇦🍷
