I think golemania is better. The golems are actually unique from one another instead of all being just golem reskins with stat swaps. Majority of the golemania golems are superior to the extra golems golems, with the exception of the Diamond and Netherite golems. As for the Diamond and Netherite golems, while they are strong, they feel cheap as they’re just overpowered versions of an iron golem and nothing more
TLDR, Golemania has more variety, creativity and is more balanced than Extra Golems

This video is decent, but a lot of the more sophisticated golems have an actual battle tactic.
You should do this with a larger arena and I bet that there would be some different results.
