Great review! I had the chance to have both SiB expressions of these, the 109 at 5 year and the Blue Label at 119 proof. I enjoy these expressions, and enjoy how the distillate can taste different in different environments.

Love Old Soul. Picked up a Single Barrel store pick at Mac’s in Atlanta.
Definitely on my radar. Bay Area, CA so Old Soul is not available near me on the local shelves.

What is the OLD SOUL with the gray label and the gold letters in the background?
It is a 13 year sources sourced Kentucky Bourbon. Tastes like it could be 1792.
