I think it's just hilarious that Sam just falls asleep and starts dreaming about Bela and wakes up with a smile on his face, wiping up his drool, I love how the Good just falls for the Bad. This was just so unexpected it shocked me when I saw it in the episode. #serioushappynoises

Bella made a deal with a demon when she was 14 to have her parents killed so that she could inherit their money. She didn't realize at that age how bad it was, which she obviously grew to understand by the time she put the stuff above the door to keep the hellhounds at bay. She's actually helping them, I believe, because she isn't good OR bad, rather a reality; which is a mixture of both.
