- Petra Mede has been widely praised as the flawless and hilarious host of the 2013 Eurovision Song Contest, but she deserves even more kudos for her brilliantly subtle reactions during the parade of voting countries.
4:07 "That's nice" 😂😂😂
Can we, the European people, just decide Petra hosts every Eurovision everywhere? She's AMAZING.
Oh god, that is brilliant! :'D I personally like Petra very much! She's funny, polite and just lovely and also I think that because she was the only host you had someone you could build up relationship to. When the final in Baku was over I still didn't know the hosts. That worked way better in Sweden!
6:24 "we have to be brief don't we?"
"Yes."😂😂
1:05 That Swedish i pretty damn good. Have he lived in Sweden or something?
He learned a short monologue in every host country's language when he used to do the votes
She is really cool! I would like to meet her and hang out with her.
i wish Sweden could win every year, so that we can have this goddess present the show... ALL THE TIME
11 years later: SHE'S GONNA DO IT AGAIN
omg haha "that's nice"
Cold Swedish hospitality. x)
The 100😍
"This is Finland, the land of ding dong calling."
>Petra nods, not sure if really for approval or just to keep the giving of votes going<
Petra did a great job in 2013 and again at the Eurovision Greatest Hits this year! She should be a spokesperson or commentator for Sweden one day.
allonswin I hope we see her again next year
1:11 Haha love that laugh :D
Petra Mede the best Eurovision presenter.
I love Petra's reactions. She's very honest lol
Petra: May we have your votes please!
Spokes person: No!
(This is not what happened I just wanted to hear a spokesperson say that :P)
Me too!!!!!!!! I thought it everytime she asked that!!! LOL
Still waiting for someone to say No 😂
Once the spokes person for Yugoslavia just went “I don’t have it”
Her face when Andre from Armenia sings. LOL!
Petra Mede is so amazing
petra you are the best host im seen on very long time, and im glad is was only one host to, if is to many host is be to much...
1 or 2 is best in host way, but i cant think is not easy to be all alone as a host, but u did it great, petra..:)
Montenegro: we have to be brief don't we?
Petra: yes.
From Hamburg Germany I can say, weather was "same old same old". 5:48
Israel's Swedish was like spot on!
My only language is English and most of the hosts spoke it fantastic, even better than most native English speakers :).
Jean-Paul Gaultier made her outfits just because he was an admirer.
THAT'S NICE !! I LAUGHED TOO HARD 😂😂😂
2:15 salam malmö
That's nice! Totally not a Mrs Brown pun :D :D
Ahahahh I love Mrs brown’s boys
OMG Darya Domracheva was a spokesperson in eurovision! How did I not see it at the time! She's like one of the biggest biathlon stars in the world. Her husband and father of her child is Ole Einar Bjørndalen, who's a Norwegian biathlon legend, and who still competes in the elite even though he's well over fourty.
Norwegianeurovisionfancauseitsthebest Yeeees, hello from Belarus and Daria)
Я не могу понять Линда и Сара Дон Файнер это один человек или два?!
I can not understand Linda and Sarah Dawn Finer is one person or two?
@mytvfanatic are u pretty sure u want to make fun of darya domarcheva?
That norvegian guy looks georgeous!
I think it is Tooji Keshtkar, who was Norways singer in ESC 2012. Later it was a scandal when he did a music video in a church.
How did they mess it up?
the funniest moment was when Lena messed up, and you didn't even have it in the video...
Anyone with basic mathematical skill could see that Denmark had already won, would have looked pretty stupid to pretend that it wasn't decided when everyone already knew the result.

I would say the English need to improve their foreign language skills before I would ever recommend vice versa. Even if your reading scripts in your mother tongue via a telecom, it's hard, even if your used to it. Have you actually tried to read from one, while sounding natural, whiles speaking in another language?
They have to learn about two sentences. I think almost everyone should be able to do that.
Cringe central ... all spokespersons.
