I remember the first time I saw a zine I thought they were magical! Funny how the seem to find renewed interest and life every few years! Yours are wonderful!!
I've just gone through your zine in the course. I LOVE the way you use words as art, as decoration, even though you're writing things that are important to you!! SO excited by this and the doors that are opening in my brain! Thank you for sharing!!
I think you are going to really love making zines! I usually have a theme for each of them that reflects something that I'm trying to process. I do find that it helps.
@@willawanders Yes. I've made a series of retro video game-inspired fanzines called The Broken Controller. There are four issues of those out. I also made one called The Horror of It All - about all things horror. Lastly, I've created a series called Retrostalgia, a zine dedicated to the 80s. And I'm working on my first perzine called A Ravenous Guilt. I plan to Kickstart that in early 2025.
Amazing ❤

très bonne idée tous ces petits livret, j'aime beaucoup ! avez vous fait la vidéo explicative sur ces livret merci beaucoup !
These are beautiful. What type and size of paper Do you use to create the zine backbone?
You can use printer paper or copy paper. I like to use Sulfite Paper as my go-to plain paper for everything!
How fantastic these ALL are❗️ they look very big what type of paper did you use? I like to use magazine pages but mine look smaller 😊🌼🌼💖
Many of them are made with a sheet of 12" x 18" text weight Sulfite paper sold in packs by the brand TruRay.
