When I realized I haven't purchased a single game from a youtube game dev who's developing their game, I changed my perspective on creating game dev youtube videos as a form of marketing. Marketing is more effective done in other ways, and spending the time to create a game dev video as a marketing approach might be an effective form of marketing for only a small group of people. I do enjoy watching them, though 🤣
Very cool, can't wait for more :)
Stoked for this! I still haven't made anything except a single short but I need to get to it soon and I can't wait to hear the ins and outs of your experiences!
I think when it comes to working on a time there is something to be said about how well you actually get along. Some people you will synergize with and some people you won't. It's about finding someone who you mesh well with which is the difficult part.
wow , this is something ive been looking for
Cool stuff guys, I'd love to join you guys for an episode.
interesting conversation. Thanks for sharing!
This is sick, new favorite game dev podcast.
Main takeaway: all of you need to team up to make a game for the next 3 months.
Funny you say that, we've talked about making a game together and it's definitely on our minds!
Greatest podcast of all time
legit!
i like this podcast. You guys should talk about Billy Basso (dev for Animal Well).
Saw one of the videos, lets see what you guys got ;P
Henry: this guy is a streamer... hahaha...HaHaHa... HAHAHAHAHAHHAAH
This was my favourite part of the episode
My youtube channel helped me get a very tiny following, but mostly twitter is king. Other youtubers however helped me immensely with my game sales.
