Thnaks for the tips. I belioeve I produce images well within the top 20%, and often get agents ask me to reshoot other peoles work, so I know I have that bit sorted. My biggest issue, is that agents here in the UK do not pay very much for the work we do, and as soon as you put the price up, they dump you for a cheaper photographer, even though the work they produce seems to be rubbish at times. Gettiong the prices up seems to be the biggest problem, and right now, even though Im working 6-7 days a week on this, I still dont make enough to pay all the bills, let alone earn a good living out of it. Any suggestions gratefully received.

You're very welcome! I work with photographers in the UK and I can honestly say that the issue you're experiencing is the same here in the U.S. and other countries as well. It's not a UK thing. What you're "experiencing" is an overgeneralization, and it's not accurate to any market. Instead, the issue you're seeing is from not seeking out the "right" clients. About 80% of real estate agents have a short career lasting just a few years, so they tend to cut corners. The other 20% is your target audience, which is why I suggest the two approaches of 6-degrees and Local Lure like I discussed in this video. Once you have done the initial research I talk about in step 1 in this video, you'll eventually get into client research with those two approaches, which, as I mentioned in the video, requires you to look them up to see if they are a big enough producer to make it worth your while. But above all else, don't group all clients into one bucket. That's an overgeneralization that can harm any business or industry. Lastly, although you feel you are in the 20% quality bracket, it would be good to get the opinion of other pros to see if that truly is the case. I do offer this with remote sessions via Zoom, if you're interested you can email me for more info at Nathan@NathanCool.com

Hi Nathan! I'm a little of topic here, but could you please give me a hint - in which of your books you give instructions on the high-end HDR method? Can't find this info in the descriptions. Thanks in advance, and also thank you for all your work here on youtube - you are a great teacher.
